These are made from woven fiberglass cloth that has been coated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE / Teflon) - based fluoropolymer resin. This coating, combined with the excellent strength and dimensional stability of the fiberglass, results in a product appropriate for use in a wide variety of demanding applications

Teflon coated belts combine the easy release and heat resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene with the strength and dimensional stability of fiberglass, creating a coated fabric suited for a variety of demanding industrial applications.
