Our Timing Pulleys are manufactured from superior quality Cast Iron, M.S. and Aluminum and are finished with particular care to tight dimensional tolerances. They are precision machined and grooved to perfectly match the timing belts of the relevant section. The special profile of the teeth is generated using imported hobs which ensure a very precise tooth profile and minimal pitch to pitch error. These Pulleys have evenly spaced axial grooves cut in their periphery to make a positive contact engagement with the mating teeth of the belt.

Timing Pulleys are available in standard sizes and designs of MXL, XL, L, H, 3M, 5M, 8M, 14M, T5 and T10 sizes. Pulleys can be manufactured with or without taper locks or as per customers’ drawings
